Our team consists of multilingual men and women from different ages and countries who are specifically trained in resolving technical matters and whose background education insures optimum qualifications for the challenges posed to them. Our company language is English, but we provide Customer Care and Technical Support in over 10 languages. The support services are primarily in the areas of hardware, software and consumer electronics. This is done through our VoIP Contact Center platform, which is laid out for premium efficiency and flexibility, not just for our customers, but also for our staff. We work with products, ranging anywhere from wireless connectivity to imaging devices to video editing software. The fact that we offer such a wide range of support, not only makes working here more interesting, but it also provides our people with greater know-how and thus better efficiency in dealing with an array of technical queries.
