Due to the growth of our company, we are looking to strengthen our Sales team in Buenos Aires with an Inside Sales Executive.
Tasks: - Outbound calling to Decision Makers in the USA and Europe to establish contacts and inform potential customers about our company and services.
- Updating Sales database with new contacts.
- Lead generation – identify new opportunities and business markets.
- Assist Sales Manager with Sales offers, documentation and presentations.
- Report weekly to Sales Manager.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets.
Position requirements: - Age: 20-30 with 1-2 years work experience.
- A enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently.
- A quick learner – someone who can understand our business and bring this across to potential new clients.
- You must be patient and be able to understand the whole outsourcing sales cycle from opportunity to closure – you are not just in it for the ‘quick’ sale.
- You must be a natural communicator, outgoing, social and have a good sense of humor.
- You are ambitious, have a positive attitude and are driven by financial success that comes with creating new business relationships
- Preferably you are a native English speaker. Additional languages are a plus but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of MS Office, preferably good working knowledge of Excel.
Salary
To be discussed. Based on Argentinean standards with a good commission structure and growth possibilities for eager candidates.
