Inside Sales Manager

Because of to the continuous growth of our company, we are looking to strengthen our sales team in Buenos Aires with an Inside Sales Manager.

In close cooperation with 5CA’s Sales Director, the Inside Sales Manager’s (“ISM”) goal is to increase 5CA’s revenue while maximizing profitability. His main focus is acquiring new business. The ISM works closely together with 5CA Management to align expectations and to make sure that new business is in line with 5CA’s operational structure.

For lead generation, the ISM makes use of different sales & marketing strategies, such as cold calling, Internet marketing and trade shows. Next to acquiring new business, the ISM will be responsible for the overall relationship management of part of 5CA’s clients: charged with contractual agreements, pricing, strategic alignment, new business opportunities and the relationship function.

A very important role of the ISM is communication with 5CA Operations about sales forecast and expected timelines/developments, to make sure all departments are aligned.

Core Competencies:

  • Living in Buenos Aires, Argentina or able and willing to relocate;
  • Quick learner – understand our business and bring this across to potential new clients;
  • Natural communicator, outgoing, social; excellent people management skills;
  • Result-oriented and pro-active; you are ambitious, have a positive attitude and are driven by financial success that comes with creating new business relationships
  • Patient and able to understand the whole outsourcing sales cycle from opportunity to closure – sales cycles typically take anywhere between 3-12 months, so you are not just in it for the ‘quick’ sale;
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently (Sales Director based out of Europe);
  • Perform well under pressure;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Position requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration (or related) studies;
  • Age: 25-35 with at least 3 years of experience in related sales positions (B2B sales; preferably services or IT software);
  • Native (or near-native) English language speaker and speaking at least one other language. More languages are a plus but not a requirement;
  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills;
  • Available to travel abroad;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
