Due to the growth of our company, we are looking to strengthen our Sales Team in Buenos Aires with an Inside Sales Executive.
Tasks:
- Outbound calling to decision makers all over the world, with a focus on the USA and Europe, to establish contacts and inform potential clients about our company and services
- Continuously updating 5CA’s CRM database with new contacts and contact information
- Lead generation – identify new opportunities and business markets
- Assist Sales Manager with sales offers, documentation and presentations
- Report weekly to Sales Manager
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
Position requirements:
- Age: 20-30 with at least 1-2 years work experience
- You live in Buenos Aires or are willing to move there for at least one year
- An enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently
- A quick learner – someone who can understand our business and bring this across to potential new clients
- You must be patient and be able to understand the whole outsourcing sales cycle from opportunity to closure – you are not just in it for the ‘quick’ sale
- You must be a natural communicator, outgoing, social and have a good sense of humor
- You are ambitious, have a positive attitude and are driven by financial success that comes with creating new business relationships
- You are a (near-)native English speaker. Additional languages are a plus but not a requirement
- Knowledge of MS Office, preferably good working knowledge of Excel
