MMO Game Project – German & French Customer Support Agents

For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is always looking for Customer Support Representatives to provide support for one of the world’s leading MMO gaming companies in the following languages:

  • German
  • French

We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Representatives, who have a passion for MMO games and customer service. You will be dealing with passionate players who demand high-quality Customer Service and you will need to demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Main tasks of the Customer Support Representative:

  • Providing customer support via game interface, e-mail, or other interfaces while adhering to high standards of quality and ethics
  • Responding to customer inquiries, providing complete and accurate responses
  • Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to identify issues requiring escalation, ensuring complete resolution
  • Create and/or translate new articles for internal distribution and update existing articles as required


  • You are a native speaker in German and/or French and next to that speak English fluently (no excluding factor)
  • You are educated to University degree level or equivalent
  • You have 1-3 years experience in the Gaming industry, preferably in the QA / CS / IT arena
  • You are an avid member of the Gaming community – particularly online
  • You have previous experience working within a Customer Support environment or related area
  • You are flexible with regard to work demands outside of normal working hours
