My name is Barry, I am 26 years old and I’m from Ireland. I studied Law in Belfast and graduated in 2004. I first travelled to Argentina in 2004 with the plan to stay a few weeks, but I immediately fell in love with the city and its people. After leaving Argentina in 2006 I longed to return and in July 2009 I did so.
Argentina is a beautiful country with a diverse and vast landscape. It’s impossible to get bored in a land with so much to offer, from the tropical north with its beautiful Iguazú waterfalls to the ice glaciers of the southern tip. If your comfort zone is in the city then the bustling city of Buenos Aires will not disappoint. Apart from the world renowned tango, Buenos Aires has so much more to offer, including theater, literature, museums and night life. The people of Argentina have a unique sense of humor and have an opinion on everything from politics to the weather, which personally means I never miss home. Not to mention the added bonuses of the meat, Malbec and the passion for football.
I chose 5CA because it offered me the chance to work and live in Argentina alongside Argentines and Europeans. This mix means that you can speak Spanish or English at any time of the working day whilst remaining in contact with other expats. 5CA is a company that has a clear vision of how it wants to grow and is spearheaded by a dedicated team which is driving it in the right direction. The company combines a strong business model with a personal touch, which is critical in such an aggressive market.
What I like about 5CA is that they believe in the potential of each of its employees and rewards them for their efforts. It seeks out the strengths of each individual and focuses on nurturing personal and professional development. From my very first day I have felt comfortable with all the people at 5CA, from agents to senior management. Everybody at 5CA is approachable and there are no barriers to interaction. You can sense a warm and open environment on the floor and every door is open when you need help, to talk or to laugh. The relationships built with colleagues have meant both friendship and a pleasant and efficient working environment.

My name is Rafael Martinez, I’m 27 years and I’m from Ecuador. I came to Argentina to study here. I love traveling and Argentina has always been one of the places I wanted to visit. It is a lovely country with very friendly people; the history of this country is amazing and passionate.
I joined 5CA because I had a friend who worked here and he recommended me to talk to 5CA. I like working at 5CA because it is a growing company where I can develop myself as a young professional. The possibility of being involved with people from countries all over the world is a very useful experience.
5CA is a company with a clear vision on what they want to deliver to their clients, they provide good customer care and offer a flexible and dedicated customer approach. I’m very happy with the treatment I receive from 5CA; people really care about your needs and make you feel that you are part of the company. I feel very comfortable, and I have built up good friendships with my colleagues. We often play football during the weekends and we have a good time.

Lieke Joosten (The Netherlands)
My name is Lieke Joosten, I’m from The Netherlands and I’m 25 years old. After obtaining a Masters degree in Communications in Amsterdam I travelled to Argentina. Initially the idea was to stay for a couple of months, but I enjoyed living in Argentina and Buenos Aires so much that I decided to stay longer, and I started working at 5CA.
Argentina is a very diverse country: the north is completely different from the south, and Buenos Aires is completely different from the countryside. I enjoy Buenos Aires a lot, there’s a lot of creativity and energy which you notice every day.
I chose 5CA because I had the impression that it’s a professional company with a good vibe and many opportunities. It’s an interesting concept to offer call center services from Argentina, I wish I thought of it 
. I enjoy working for 5CA; there is a very good atmosphere. I have great colleagues; there are people from all over the world at 5CA, young and old, men and women! I gained a lot of technical knowledge and improved various skills in my job, but also I learned a lot about working in a foreign country and everything involved with that.
