5CA’s Management Team consists of dedicated professionals with extensive experience in various industries, including hardware, software and professional services companies.

  • Otto Th. G. van Haaren

    Otto van Haaren is 5CA’s founder, owner and CEO. Otto was born in The Netherlands in 1962. Before founding 5CA, Otto gained extensive experience in the technology industry, being responsible for worldwide business development activities in respectively the IT Infrastructure and digital imaging markets. In 1998 he decided to start up his own business, specializing in multilingual technical support & customer care services: that’s when 5CA was born to life. Being worldwide CEO of 5CA Otto has always been and still is very actively involved with the company’s activities. Delivering high quality services using innovative technology is one of his main goals and drivers.

  • Abel Rebaudo

    Abel Rebaudo, General Manager of 5CA Argentina, was born in Argentina in 1977. Abel grew up and went to college in Los Angeles, California, after which he became responsible for account management and regional coordination for a health care company. In 2005 he joined 5CA, where he gained experience in various job positions; first heading 5CA’s Quality Control & Training Department and as of 2007 overseeing the implementation and execution of all projects as Operations Manager. In 2011 Abel was appointed as 5CA’s General Manager in Argentina.

  • Gerardo Bono

    Gerardo Bono, responsible for Operations at 5CA Argentina, was born in Argentina in 1981. Gerardo graduated as a journalist and also has degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the Business University of Argentina (UADE). Gerardo has an extensive background in call center operations and spent six years coordinating a group of Technical Support projects for one of the largest contact centers in the industry. In 2011 Gerardo joined 5CA, after having spent the last two years as the Operations Manager for the Argentinean branch of a multinational software testing company. As 5CA’s Operations Manager Gerardo makes sure that both internal and client-specific standards are continuously met and exceeded.

  • Rob van Herpen

    Rob van Herpen, Sales Director and responsible for 5CA’s global Sales & Account Management, was born in The Netherlands in 1979. After obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Business at Tilburg University, The Netherlands, Rob started his career at the multinational software company CA. There he followed a customized sales traineeship, after which he became responsible for selling CA’s security software solutions to large enterprises in The Netherlands. In 2006, Rob continued his career at 5CA, where his main responsibilities are to expand 5CA’s client base and to coordinate account management activities for 5CA’s clients.

  • Elisabet Martínez

    Elisabet Martinez, Service Delivery Manager at 5CA Argentina and responsible for the day-to-day operations, was born in Argentina in 1982. After obtaining a technical degree in Organization of Events, Protocol and Institutional Relations she enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires and is currently undertaking studies in Business Information Systems. She joined 5CA in 2005, gaining experience as a Supervisor and Quality Lead, before taking on her current position in 2011.

  • Federico Martínez Carpio

    Federico Martínez Carpio, responsible for 5CA’s HR department in Argentina, was born in Argentina in 1979. After completing University in Argentina, Federico obtained an MBA at the University of Deusto in Spain. His broad working experience include various HR positions at internationally operating companies in Argentina, amongst which the international airline VARIG. At 5CA Federico manages both 5CA’s recruitment & selection process and internal HR policies.

  • Adam Markiewicz

    Adam Markiewicz, responsible for 5CA’s IT Infrastructure, was born in Poland in 1978. After obtaining a degree in Informatics & Business Administration at the Polish Open University in Warsaw, Adam worked for one of Poland’s largest banks and an international tourism & hospitality services company, responsible for administrating and managing these companies’ IT infrastructure. In 2004 Adam started working for 5CA, where he is responsible for 5CA’s IT network & infrastructure, making sure that this essential backbone of 5CA’s services always performs as expected and is continuously innovated to keep up with market standards.

  • Tim Stone

    Tim Stone is 5CA’s Inside Sales Manager based out of the company’s operational centre in Buenos Aires. Originally from England, Tim has a Masters degree in modern languages and international business from Edinburgh University. With extensive experience working for multinationals through to medium sized niche software houses, he has been involved in solution selling to industries that include video-gaming, defence, shipping, health and oil/gas in many countries around the world. Tim’s main responsibilities are managing relationships with 5CA’s clients and working on new business opportunities.
