Which regions and languages does 5CA support?

Because we operate 24/7, we are able to offer a global service, with local telephone numbers in each country. The number of languages that we offer is continuously expanding; at this moment, we support 19 different languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Croatian and Slovenian.

Where is 5CA located?

Why do you offer your services from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and which advantages does this offer for us?

5CA investigated different call center locations before making the decision in 2004 to open up our facility in Buenos Aires. Argentina, and Buenos Aires specifically, offers a number of significant competitive advantages in comparison with other contact center locations:

  • Availability of multilingual staff: 5CA’s call center is located in the city centre of Buenos Aires, a very large city where a lot of different nationalities can be found. During the last century, a lot of immigrants from Europe settled in Argentina, meaning that a lot of people can be found with different (near-)native European language skills
  • Technically skilled resources: in Argentina, and especially Buenos Aires, it is relatively easy to find people with good technical skills (in comparison with Europe and North America, where technical people are scarce and expensive). Buenos Aires has numerous technical universities, which are being used by 5CA is an important source for recruitment.
  • Geographical location: a very good location to provide support for both European and American customers:
    • Time zone lies in between both regions
    • Cultural similarity with both regions because of the influence the immigrants have had throughout the past centuries
  • IT Infrastructure: Argentina has made continuous investments in IT infrastructure, which provides a state-of-the-art connection with both Europe and North America. Our call center is located close to the central backbone which connects South America with both regions.
  • Market place: established contact center market, growing continuously, and many large multinationals have made and continue making investments in Argentina (e.g. Microsoft, Google, AOL, Cisco, Accenture, Exxon, etc.)
  • Competitive costs: Argentina provides a lower cost base in comparison with Europe and North America. This enables 5CA to offer our clients high-quality support services in a 24/7 operational structure; in combination with the ability to support different languages and regions, we have created a unique offering in the market.
